And cracking the glass by throwing stones.
Storming down grimy roads instead of stepping through doorways.
Rolling in the mud instead of grass.
By some twist of fate I always seem to kick off the future
right now
by strumming up the past.
And I lie
in the fields of the damned.
Cursing as I kneel to this world
that binds my hands.
Searching through the careless
for one that understands
I am alone.
Because I am the Ego.
That’s what the beings tell me of me about my strife.
that Ill try to dominate the globe
through all I know and manipulate existence
to fill the hole
in my life.
