I contend that there would be no mental health issue if a person were to use their ability to think in a sensible to the way about what is actually happening for themselves.
And: every mental health intervention is based on that maxim.
This is not the same as saying that people will not have mental issues if they think correctly.
Rather, this is to say that if you do not have mental issues, then whatever you’re thinking has nothing to do with mental issues. Mental issues ‘drop out’ of the semantic negotiation. As well, that the issues that you might notice that other people have have nothing to do with how you think about things, since the way you are thinking about them are inherently not problematic from a mental health stand point. That is, your idea of someone else’s mental problem, indeed, is your thinking about it. You may not agree with this, but that, indeed, shows a problem that you are facing philosophically.
Whatever mental issues others may have is because of the way that they’re thinking about things. This is a truism; it cannot be breached by another person. Whatever breach is made is entirely what you think it is as you then act and behave according to the condition you think.
Mental health philosophy.
This is particularly philosophical if we understand philosophy as something that arises outside of, yet involved with, individual subject definitions. In fact, the more we talk about what definitions might mean what, the less we are really talking about something substantial for mental health, for example, what we were thinking about. We most often stop thinking about what we mean once we begin to talk about it, and we begin to assert what we have already thought we meant.
Mental issue has something to do with the way thinking about things happens. As I say: what is happening?
If I think it’s from my body, it has something to do with how I’m thinking. Similarly, if it has something to do with my mind, then it has something to do with what I’m thinking.
The fact that I might think that I have a mental issue has something to do with the way that I’m thinking.
What is wrong ?
What I call “conventional philosophy” is the idea that something is wrong. Any sort of philosophical idea I may have that’s coupled with an activity that I can call ‘philosophy’ is based in the presumption that there’s something wrong. This is so much the case that even if I think that that is not the case, I am basing that on a presumption that there is something wrong, in this case, that there is something wrong with the idea that philosophy is based in the idea that something is wrong. If this occurs as a person’s thinking about themselves (thinking) issues can arise due to a sort of resistance against experiencing a problem with how one is knowing and thinking.
We can start to easily understand how people can have mental issues Because the question has to be: what is wrong?
If I can figure it out, then neither is there a problem nor a need to talk about it (though I may still talk about it).
Psychology does not think this way, but in fact is a process and procedure of denying thought. A psyche is not a thought, psychology poses, but a “thing” that forms thought or perhaps some epi-phenomenon of a brain that produces thought — but no one will talk about this because Psychology presumes that there is nothing wrong with looking at everything as though there’s something wrong, that’s why we have assessments, studies, and all sorts of other psychological scientific evidence and evidence based research and results: they are trying to overcome their basis in problem; i.e. they are the formulation and activity of problem that is not a problem (functional denial).
As well, all sorts of super smart people love to try and tell me and everyone else about the way mine and yours brains work, and what that means for my mind and the way that I understand things…
When you think about that for a moment, It’s really quite odd.
Why would I think that psychology has anything to do with what’s going on with me? Or anyone else ?
Well, it’s because I might think there’s something wrong.

Mental health treatment.
The beginning of all mental health, in so much as we can call it a move towards being healthy, is an ability to look at what we know or think we know with honestly.
Every approach upon mental problem begins with a presumption about how we should look at what is happening, indeed, but, many of them do not notice that is what they do.
As well, There is no psychological idea or theory about mental health or psychological problem that does not base itself on a presumption that, on one hand, there is a way to honestly look at something, and on the other hand, there is something that is occurring that is not based in that kind of honesty.
The difference in how we handle it is whether or not I think I know more than you so you can solve your problem
or
Weather I think that you know everything that you need to know to solve your problem.
Psychology is about the thought that something is wrong, which continues to perpetuate a meaning that something is wrong, i.e. that the psychologist knows more about how to help you that you are able to.
Mental health, in complimentary fashion, is the process of coming to terms with the awareness of knowing this.
