Some thought full axioms to ponder about what is happening.

There is nothing wrong with you.

The problem is the problem.

Psychology is the state is being imposed upon by an idea.

Mental issue is a problem of the identity of psychological dimensions.

Mental health is the realization of the psychological dimensions of the problem and the overcoming of the mental issue through encountering one’s Self.

The idea of knowing one’s Self truly can be scary.

Science can be an interesting way to understand what is happening, but it may not be a healthy way to understand it.

The same with spirituality.

You are able to decide whether or not you are suffering, but you might not be able to realize it.

Intellectual argumentation is a psychological trait that may not help you for what is actually happening in your mental health.

You are having power presently.
