How did the message of this movie square with Trump’s statement that he would be a dictator from “day one” of his presidency ?
Could it be that Trump is speaking in a certain register that non-supporters are not privy to? And that this inability is thus registered within non-supporters as a kind of ethical offense, which then closes their ability to remain open to reality ?
Can we be with our reactions to then see beyond them?
