The question in the floor is: Should we should create a world organization specifically to grant licenses to hunt people that are morons?
The proposal would grant an order where once subdued, the moron would be legally open to confiscation of all their property and assets, including family members, and stick them on an iceberg with only their egos and obvious stupidity.
