Sexual Misconduct, from Brett Kavanaugh’s College Years.

The fundamental issue on trial here is why is the assumption of men’s innocence when it comes to sexuality? Historically , men are always assumed innocent and it is upon women to bare the burden of proof. Why do we not simply believe women because they are sexual human beings instead of doubting them because they are women ?
