The Modern Problem

The problem is that we’re looking at everything sideways. 😁

(again, from James Hillman’s bOok re-visioning psychology)

This book is turning out to be such a treasure of explanation and sense, but I almost dare say that any philosopher who has not read re-visioning Psychology is at best a cleric, a priest of the modern religion.

And that’s totally OK!

The problem, though, comes because these priests of the modern religion don’t see themselves in any sense as religious.

Yeah; and will deal with that at another time. 💙
